Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the challenges of life transitions? Maybe you're struggling with relationship issues, neurodivergence, or cultural concerns that make it hard to connect with others or find your place in the world. If you're also someone who feels like traditional therapy doesn’t quite understand your way of thinking, I'm here to help you navigate these challenges and find a path forward.

With over 8 years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults, I specialize in understanding the unique challenges faced by those with neurodivergence, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, and those dealing with anxiety, depression, school refusal, and trauma. I am particularly skilled at working with individuals who are navigating complex cultural dynamics or struggling with relationship issues. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each client, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Process Theory, Family Systems Theory, and Trauma-Informed Care. I also integrate strategies from the Nurtured Heart Approach to help you build self-worth and resilience.

As a bilingual Spanish speaker, I understand the unique needs of bilingual families and have worked with both English and Spanish-speaking populations. I also hold a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Montclair State University, a post-Master’s certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean University, and am OutCare certified for culturally competent care of the LGBTQ+ community.

Whether you’re dealing with relationship issues, struggling with how to relate to others, or trying to better understand your neurodivergent needs, I’m here to provide the tools and support to help you thrive. Together, we’ll work on strategies that work for you, empower you to move forward, and help you build a future that aligns with who you truly are. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and creating an affirming, understanding space where you can explore and overcome your challenges.

If you're ready to make meaningful changes, feel heard, and gain the tools you need to succeed, reach out today. Let's work together to create a path toward healing and growth.
